Dupa primele 25 de saptamani de sarcina, pe langa miscarea continua, bebelusul tau practica acum cu regularitate "cascatul".  Fiind inconjurat de lichid amniotic si avand o cantitate mare de lichide si in urechi, bebelusul isi dezvolta reflexul de a casca necesar pentru deblocarea auzului. In plus, prin cascat, bebe regleaza cantitatea de lichid si circulatia sangelui din plamani.

Bebelusul tau are acum 25-28 de cm si 500 de grame (in medie), desi marimea poate sa difere de la o sarcina la alta. In ciuda marimii, auzul lui este bine dezvoltat si te aude tare si clar. El invata deja sa iti recunoasca vocea si dupa nastere va reactiona prin gresturi la cuvintele tale, care i se vor parea familiare. 

Stratul de grasime de sub piele ajuta membrele sa fie mai bine evidentiate. Sangele din placenta si cordonul ombilical regleaza temperatura bebelusului, care se apropie acum de temperatura ta. Din acest motiv, bebelusul nu simte frigul.

Imediat dupa nastere, el nu are capacitatea de a isi regla temperatura, de aceea trebuie sa il incalzesti tinandu-l aproape de corp sau invelindu-l in scutece calduroase.

Capul bebelusului este inca mare in raport cu corpul, dar in ansamblu, proportiile sunt apropiate. Auzul este dezvoltat si sunetele puternice pot determina miscarea brusca a bebelusului.

Incepand cu saptamana 25 de sarcina trebuie sa te concentrezi asupra corpului tau. Burtica se mareste si pielea devine tot mai intinsa si uscata. Hidratarea pielii in mod constant te ajuta sa scapi de senzatia de mancarime si va ameliora semnele specifice intinderii pielii  - dungi roz sau rosiatice care vor disparea dupa nastere.

Daca vrei sa te simti relaxata complet, mergi la spa sau la bazinul de inot. In caz contrar, daca preferi comoditatea casei tale, alege o baie calduta si un cocktail de fructe racoritor (evident, fara alcool).

Picioarele tale au de asemenea nevoie de ingrijire - hidratarea si masajul inseamna o oaza de fericire pentru gleznele tale care sunt obligate acum sa suporte o greutate mai mare.

Starile incarcate de emotii din timpul sarcinii pot fi moderate daca ai alaturi un partener care sa te sprijine. Fie ca e vorba de sot, mama, o prietena buna sau un psiholog, orice sprijin sentimental este util si indicat pentru dezvoltarea armonioasa a bebelusului si pentru sanatatea ta fizica si mentala.

In saptamana 25 de sarcina concentreaza-te pe hidratarea organismului si mentinerea unui tonus bun. Ingrijeste-ti pielea si picioarele prin masaje cu creme hidratante care sa reduca durerile incheieturilor si crampele musculare.

Alege o incaltaminte comoda sau un toc foarte mic daca tinuta office este obligatorie. Nu sta perioade mari de timp in picioare si exerseaza ori de cate ori ai cateva momente libere.

In afara de cele trei mese importante din zi, vei simti nevoia sa mananci in mai multe momente ale zilei. Alege gustari sanatoase chiar daca mancarea de la fast-food pare tenanta. Fructele uscate, precum caisele, ciresele, perele, bananele iti ofera cantitatea de vitamine necesare corpului si sunt mai satioase decat fructele proaspete.

Daca ai pofte pentru alimente sarate, opteaza pentru nucile un pic sarate, covrigei sau saratele in locul cartofilor prajiti (stiu ca e dificil, asa ca gusta maxim 3 cartofi pai si completeaza cu snacks-uri sanatoase).

Iaurtul, amestecat cu fructe proaspete (evita varianta comercializata care contine inlocuitori de fructe) ajuta digestia si colonul iritat. In cazul arsurilor stomacale alege un ceai de menta calmant.

Bebelusii au marimi diferite pe masura ce se dezvolta, in functie de gene si de modul de viata al mamei. In cazul in care medicul iti spune ca bebelusul tau este mai mic decat stadiul de avansare al sarcinii, nu inseamna ca trebuie sa te ingrijorezi. Asteapta rezultatele analizelor si a masuratorilor bazate pe ecografie.

O cauza ar putea sa fie afectiunea numita preeclampsie. Preeclampsia apare atunci cand tensiunea sangvina a mamei creste peste valoarea normala. Simptomele pot fi: dureri de cap, privire neclara, dureri in partea dreapta-sus a abdomenului, umflarea fetei sau a mainilor. Medicul va stabili diagnosticul dupa testele de sange specifice si va decide solutia cea mai buna.
